Mnangagwa Calls Chimene a Dog
As the ferocious rage between President Robert Mugabe and Vice President Emmerson Mnangagwa continued, Vice President Emmerson Mnangagwa has fired back at Grace Mugabe aide Mandi Chimene calling her a dirty “barking dog.”
On Wednesday Chimene accused Mnangagwa of being the mastermind behind the current war veterans’ calls for President Robert Mugabe to step down. She mutilated Mnangagwa as President Robert Mugabe watched.
But responding to the attacks yesterday, the VP had no kind words for Chimene calling her “a barking dog,” bent on hurling dirty claims.
Mnangagwa vowed to continue working for the nation despite the allegations.
“Ko ichokwadi here? Ko ndidzo politics ka dzaunenge uchingonenegwavo asi iwe uchingoinda. Uchingoinda chete vanovukura vachipa simba. Akange asisipo panenge pasisina simba,” he said. (Those false allegations will not deter me from performing my duties. Actually, it gives me strength. Are the allegations true? That is politics. People will accuse you, but you should continue with your work. People who bark like dogs will always be there but it will give strength.
